Radial Weighting
This new weighting system is based on an engineering concept called Radius of Gyration. This is achieved by increasing the distance from the club’s centre of gravity to each weight or technology location to achieve more performance. Extreme weighting in the hybrid is positioned at front resulting in ultra-low spin, faster ball speed, and increased distance.
Hollow Split Rails
Flexing is a key component to achieve ball speed and improved launch. That`s why Cobra designed the RADSPEED with a split rail structure to divide the rail system into 2 front and back portions. The front rails are hollowed out to create thinner walls that flex at impact to create more ball speed performance. The rails also combine to create a lower CG location, meaning higher launch angles and more options from a variety of different lies.
Sole rails are a signature feature of COBRA’s fairways and hybrids, which allow the club to glide effortlessly out of the fairway, tight lies, thick rough and even bunkers.
